The Catering Process
Booking a catered event at Vanguard University is a painless process which all comes together with ease, customer service, and a smile. From the small coffee break to an off-site extravaganza, the process is very similar and quite easy. We work with you to plan the overall design of your event, select the menu and service style, and most importantly, provide for every detail.
To request catering service:
Please call 714-556-3610 ext 4700 or email foodservice@vanguard.edu to set up an appointment where our staff can meet with you and discuss your event. Bon Appétit will assist and guide you in the planning of your event specifics: type of event, menu selections, and desired services. At this point, we’ll offer the Menu Planning sections of this guide for use in deciding food and beverage service for your event. We’ll provide ideas to help you customize and create the service to make the event a memorable success. Once these initial decisions are made a contract will be produced and sent to you for your approval.
